1. Interior Design Specialist (Store/Communication & Interior Design)

Tugas : 

a.    Use home furnishing competence to create home furnishing solutions in room settings, homes, vignettes and sales support areas that reflect the IKEA identity.

b.    Actively contribute in the gathering of insights from home visit interviews and translating this knowledge into locally relevant, functional, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations and reflect home furnishing the IKEA way.

c.    Contribute to the creation of a Showroom matrix that reflects a wide variety of styles, living situations and price levels to create a good tempo with distinct visual impressions.

d.   Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness when planning and implementing all range presentation solutions using global tools and best practices.

e.    Stay up to date and knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing and trends in order to contribute in workshops to generate creative ideas.

f.     Contribute to the content of the department action plan with initiatives that will grow the business and support long -term profitability and execute the agreed plans together with the Com&In team and other functions.

g.    Respect routines and responsibilities work together with Com&In team and other functions, act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the impact of your actions on the financial results.

h.    Keep visitors in mind when working on the shop floor, ensure disruption is minimized and stay aware of the importance of safety and the visual impact for visitors at all times.

Profil:

a.    Education/experienced in interior design and architecture.

b.    A passion for home furnishing, retailing, design and how people live at home.

c.    Ability to combine commercial, aesthetic and practical skills.

d.   Ability to generate, visualize and present new ideas.

e.    Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team.

f.     Have a flexible and hands-on approach to responsibilities as well as the ability to meet set deadlines.

g.    Confident in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations.

h.    Good attention to details.

i.      Basic communication skills in English.

j.      Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (e.g. AutoCad, Revit)

k.    Living in Sentul/Bogor area and willing to work at Sentul City, Bogor.

 

2. Visual Merchandise/Activity Specialist (Store/Communication & Interior Design)

Tugas:

a.    Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.

b.    Providing home furnishing solutions for a single product or a combination of products to improve people’s life at home.

c.    Demonstrating the uniqueness of the IKEA product range through your visual merchandising competence and display techniques in different store media and activity areas to distance us from the competition.

d.   Constantly showing new and inspiring home furnishing solutions that motivate people to visit the IKEA store more frequently.

e.    Securing the use of the store layout to create a good product overview and strong visual impact that facilitates the buying process.

f.     Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness when planning and implementing all range presentation solutions using global tools and best practices.

g.    Stay up to date and knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing and trends in order to contribute in workshops to generate

d.   Creative thinking supported by commercial visual competence and a keen eye for aesthetics.

e.    Actively seeking new and improved ways of working simply and cost-efficiently.

f.     A practical hands-on approach to working in a fast-paced retail environment.

g.    Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (e.g. AutoCad).

h.    Basic communication skills in English.

i.      Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays when needed

j.      Living in Sentul/Bogor area and willing to work at Sentul City, Bogor.


3. Cashier Administrator (Store/Customer Relations)

Tugas : 

a.    Ensuring that by the end of the day the total amount collected is balanced.

b.    Being responsible for daily report after counting and segregating all cash in cash office.

c.    Ensuring that the cash is transferred to the bank via authorized security company.

d.   Securing the reconciliation correctly.

e.    Being responsible in preparing cash for daily bank deposits.

f.     Securing all checks into banks on a regular basis.

g.    Maintaining the cash limit on daily basis and involving in regular inventory routines.

h.    Maintaining all equipment used in the checkout and cash office.

i.      Ensuring that checkout and cash office operational in safe ways.

j.      Contributing in creating a conducive environment where the IKEA culture is strong and keep the diversity within co-workers and customers.

Profil:

a.    Enjoy working in high volume and fast-paced retail environment.

b.   Interest in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing.

c.    Experience of customer focus and customer service, preferably experienced in checkout/cashier area.

d.   Ability to use and take personal initiatives and to make considered decisions.

e.    Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.

f.    Ability to work as individual as well as in a team.

g.   Emotional resilience and ability to handle conflict.

h.   Having a good common sense and attention to detail.

i.     Able to demonstrate good communication skills both in local language(s) and English, oral and written.

j.     Computer literate; familiar working with NAV and Ms. Office.

k.   Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

l.     Living in Sentul/Bogor area and willing to work at Sentul City, Bogor.
